Dr. David is DMS's Founder and Managing Partner, and is dual residency trained in Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine. She holds an additional Master’s degree in Public Health and certification in Patient Safety and Leadership from Johns Hopkins University. Over the last 30 years, she has worked in a variety of health care setting
Dr. David is DMS's Founder and Managing Partner, and is dual residency trained in Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine. She holds an additional Master’s degree in Public Health and certification in Patient Safety and Leadership from Johns Hopkins University. Over the last 30 years, she has worked in a variety of health care settings across the country, from large health systems, military clinics, HMOs, state agencies, and her own private practice. With this clinical and administrative experience, she provides direction and oversight of DMS' business operations, and focuses the majority of her work on veterans' disability claims and the wellness arm of our practice.

Dr. Herrington serves as DMS's expert in correctional healthcare, and also manages our substance use treatment program. He is double board-certified in Public Health and Addiction Medicine, and has worked in correctional systems in Florida, Maine, Vermont, Ohio and Washington state as a seasoned correctional clinician and an experienced healthcare administrator. In addition, he has solid understanding of the legal concepts of negligence and deliberate indifference.
Dr. Herrington has served as an expert witness in plaintiff and defense cases for over a decade and is experienced in both depositions and trial appearances.
